When You Buy A Renovated Home, Make Sure It Was Done Properly

Did you know that if you buy a renovated home in Toronto, it’s your responsibility to make sure that if the seller did any renovations, they took out the proper permits?

If you don’t do your due diligence, you could be responsible for bringing your home up to code and to comply with any building permits, even if that means tearing down a renovation at your own expense.
